 Who is Ara Darakjian In Detroit? After learning in life that you always follow the money, I was not disappointed to find out how and who is Ara Darakjian . 

Well, allow me to introduce you from my perspective..I found an article VERY INTERESTING from Fox47News  about how an owner of a Mobile home in a park that is owned or was owned by Ara Darakjian Kristana Estates was basically forced by cortion on the basis of "The letter notified tenants that the mobile home park will be closing due to infrastructure issues." So basically sends out letters to over 50 people saying you gotta be out in a week! Do to Infrastructure issues....

But wait it gets better! Shortly after the first notice, tenants started stocking up on water, because it shut off.“I think he should do the right thing and turn the water on,” said tenant Jason Eldridge. “The shut  off the water was because we could no longer financially continue to support a water supply system for nine residents that cost about $20,000 a month,” Darakjian said.

Tenants eventually received two other notices telling them how Kristana would cover relocation and moving expenses, and also possibly buy their trailers. Darakjian said offering these resources was to accomplish a goal - he had when he bought the location more than a year ago.

"We're in the plans of redeveloping the community,” Darakjian said.
